James 'Sawyer' Ford is from the Lost fandom. His plane crashed on a mysterious Island on the way to Los Angeles. Before he boarded Oceanic Flight 815 in Sydney, Australia, Sawyer was a con man in the US. He flew to Australia to look for the man that destroyed his family, and he ended up shooting the wrong man. Sawyer was conned by a man named Hibbs to do his dirty work. He was going to return to the US, but the plane crashed.

Sawyer remained on the island for several months, and decided that he was going to start his life anew. He arrives at Haurvatat after Season 4, Episode 14.

He stands around 6'0 tall, 190lbs, with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. Sawyer has let his hair grown out to about the top of his shirt collar. He can be found around the local bar, or just out somewhere. Sawyer's birthday is March 23, 1973.
